Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  - Rate: £5.00 (Free for orders over £100)


- Express Delivery:
  - Delivery Time: 2 business days
  - Rate: £10.00

Order Tracking

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy is customer-centric, aiming to provide you with peace of mind when making a purchase from Montecosmet. If you find yourself wanting to return or exchange a product, our straightforward policy is designed to guide you through the process seamlessly.

Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items purchased through third-party sellers

 

Return Process
1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@montecosmet.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed return instructions.


3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.


4. Delivery: Send the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

 

Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Delivery Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return delivery costs.

 

Exchanges
- Exchange Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@montecosmet.com.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@montecosmet.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
